Motul Multipower Plus 10W40 is Technosynthese® oil. A high-quality general service semi-synthetic engine
oil by European standards for use in either petrol or diesel engines that require the specifications below.

Appreciated by owners of older Australian, European, Japanese or Korean cars for the improved engine cleanliness,
foam suppression, low evaporation and smooth power delivery.

For improved response and performance, use 6100 Synergie Plus 5W40 or H-tech Prime 5W40. OE Warranty is still maintained when using either.

For heavy duty applications such as towing or off-road driving, use 8100 X-cess 5W40.

Use 8100 X-max 0W40 for very sharp engine response in low to mid-range and improved protection in high heat conditions.

For highly tuned engines and motorsport, use Sport 5W40, Sport 5W50 or Motul 300V for the ultimate in performance and protection.

Use 8100 X-cess 5W40 or 6100 Synergie 15W50 for tuned pushrod engines with mild cam profiles (Lift, duration, ramp) and/or moderate valve spring pressure (<180psi) and/or flat tappet lifters requiring more than 1100ppm of Zinc.
NOTE: Do not use Zinc additives. More than approximately 1200ppm of Zinc is ineffective, negatively impacting other wear protection additives and is considered Zinc saturation or Zinc dosing. If cam wear occurs, investigate mechanical or oil flow issues. Consult Motul.
