This Hamp Synergy oil filter meets and exceeds requirements for OEM Honda/Acura vehicles. To save on costs, Honda does not bring this quality oil filter here for your Honda dealer to use. The oil filter you’ll find at your local Honda dealer is actually made by Fram or one of several other U.S. companies, and in general has been found to be inferior to this Japanese designed Hamp filter. The Hamp filter is more durable, filters better, and will even increase oil pressure slightly to help with VTEC crossover.
