We’ve always wanted an OEM style cast intake manifold for rear wheel drive K series swaps, so we made the investment to create this product and we’re thrilled with the end result.
After extensive dyno and track testing, we’re confident that our manifold delivers the best power, fitment, and reliability over everything else on the market. It’s perfect for our K series Miata swaps, but also works for other RWD K swaps in S2000s, BMWs, Nissans, and much more.

We recommend pairing our manifold with an OEM style metal gasket only. In our experience, the plastic thermal gaskets can cause bolt heads to crack off, and in some cases we’ve seen other brands of manifolds crack. Use Acura part #17105-RAA-A01 for RBB/RBC heads, and #17055-PNA-004 for PRB heads.
If you are using a K20Z3 cylinder head (RBC) then order the manifold for the K24A2 (RBB) head as the manifolds are identical.
Use an idle air control (IACV) from a 2003-2005 Accord or 2003-2006 Element, Honda part #16022-RAA-A01. OEM or aftermarket units both work well.
Pair this manifold with our 74mm B series throttle body and 3” intake piping for a clean, proven setup.

NOTES:
1) K24Z3 R40 manifolds ship with larger injector bores for the larger OEM injectors supplied with these engines. If you want the smaller K20A/K24A style injectors please specify in the special instructions at checkout.
2) Due to these manifolds being cast parts, some manifolds arrive from the foundry with minor blemishes. However, all manifolds are pressure tested and fully functional. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to small blemishes.
